Hi guys

Since I am planning to buy the new Creta once the Coronavirus, COVID 19 fiasco ends, I want to get some dough on the accessories that the new Creta can support if I do not opt for the top-end model.
Any suggestions are welcome, thanks in advance.

Hi @trailmaker_666

Interesting thread and poll, I have always been a believer of the fact that one must always opt for the top of the line variant of any product since you get all the features there are. But that's just me, everyone can have a different approach.

Also, I saw some really nice Kia Seltos base model makeovers which make made the car look exactly like the top of the line variants- sharing a video here

It is a bargain in terms of cost, but all the accessories more or less can be purchased from the aftermarket for the Kia Seltos, but what about the quality?

Thanks for sharing the video, how can one get to know about the upcoming accessories for the Hyundai Creta? I am assuming since it is a mass market legend, there will be more than a few accessories for it in store already.

Also, I know Webasto used to do sunroof before on cars and were pretty solid, can one get a sunroof on the base Variant and what will be the average cost incurred?

This is a decent option to get done as the Seltos has many more trim levels as compared to create and getting a base/mid variant and then accessorizing it to your own specifications. This is a good option and considerably pocket friendly also.
Is it possible to get the LED headlights as an aftermarket accessory?

well, sunroofs as an aftermarket accessory have always been an option. A decent job costs around fifty thousand to above 1 lac rupee. The main question with aftermarket sunroofs is that the structural rigidity is compromised and if not done by professionals who would generally reinforce the roof. In case of a crash, the crumple zone would not work as intended.

Alloys are regarded as shoes of the car. Also having good shoes on you is a must. Alloys do make the looks of a car more appealing and sexy.
A good pair of alloys should be everyone's first choice of upgrade.

Yes, Karolbagh will be flooded with Creta accessories as soon as the Coronavirus scare is done with.
We will be seeing similar upgrades like on the Seltos.
Delhi has a very large aftermarket audience and the suppliers are also plenty.
My question is how to get aftermarket ventilated seats? as I have lot of issues driving around in the summer with a sticky and sweaty back.
Haha sweaty back is an issue for sure, maybe take more showers? Just kidding. On a serious note, I don't think you can fit ventilated seats in the after maker, would be a tough fit considering you'll have to change the flow of the AC vents.

God knows, we Indians can achieve anything by Jugaad !

Yes, ill take a portable shower around in my trunk in summers according to your advice.
or this portable shower mounted on my roof.
Ventilated seats could use vents that go into the rear, all we need is a person with an innovative mind and the right tools to implement this.
